Common use of Recordation of Lease Clause in Contracts

Recordation of Lease. The Lessee shall cause this Lease, any Lease Supplements, and any and all additional instruments which shall be executed pursuant to the terms hereof to be kept, filed and recorded and to be re-executed, refiled and re-recorded at all times during the Term with the FAA or other Aeronautical Authority to the extent required to perfect and preserve the Lessor's interest in the Aircraft.

Recordation of Lease. The Lessee shall cause this Lease, any Lease Supplements, and any and all additional instruments which shall be executed pursuant to the terms hereof to be kept, filed and recorded and to be re-executed, refiled and re-re- recorded at all times during the Term with the FAA or other Aeronautical Authority to the extent required to perfect and preserve the Lessor's interest in the Aircraft.
