Recording and Filing of Documents. The Loan Documents have been executed and delivered and, as appropriate, filed and recorded in the manner described in the Senior Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent covenants and agrees that the Liens and other security interests created and perfected by the Loan Documents and the filing and recording thereof (if required) cover only the collateral described in the Loan Documents and not the Equipment leased under and described on the Equipment Schedules and the Gaming Equipment described on the Collateral Schedules. The Administrative Agent, on behalf of the Senior Lenders, does not have and shall not claim a Lien or other security interest in or with respect to the Equipment leased under and described on the Equipment Schedules or the Gaming Equipment described on the Collateral Schedules.

  • Recording and Filing Borrower will cause the Loan Documents and all amendments and supplements thereto and substitutions therefor to be recorded, filed, re-recorded and re-filed in such manner and in such places as Lender shall reasonably request, and will pay on demand all such recording, filing, re-recording and re-filing taxes, fees and other charges. Borrower shall reimburse Lender, or its servicing agent, for the costs incurred in obtaining a tax service company to verify the status of payment of taxes and assessments on the Property.
