Recording Calls. All telephone conversations between the Affiliate and any of the Operator’s staff may be recorded, and the Affiliate hereby consents to such recording. Any recordings will be treated in the strictest confidence and the content may be used by the Operator in the event of a misunderstanding, dispute, or for training purposes.
