Recording oral argument. (1) Unless the Commission directs otherwise, oral arguments shall be electronically recorded and made part of the record. Any other sound recording in the hearing room is prohibited. Oral arguments shall also be transcribed verbatim. A copy of the transcript of the oral argument taken by a qualified court reporter, shall be filed with the Commission. The Commission shall bear all expenses for court reporters’ fees and for copies of the hearing transcript received by it. (2) Persons desiring to listen to the recordings shall make appropriate arrangements with the Executive Secretary. Any party desiring a written copy of the transcript is responsible for securing and paying for its xxx. (3) Error in the transcript of the oral argument may be corrected by the Commission on its own motion, or joint motion by the parties, or on motion by any party. The motion shall state the error in the transcript and the correction to be made. Corrections will be made by hand with pen and ink and by the appending of an errata sheet. * * * * *

  • Length of School Year 4.6.1 Except where reduced by any lawful decision of the employer to close the school to students, the length of the school year for each school shall be determined according to the requirement that schools are required to be open for at least 380 half days in any one calendar year. 4.6.2 The normal teaching load of teachers in respect of any one year is therefore related to that requirement.

Thus, Telecommunications Services to such Federal Enclaves are not subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission. The Parties agree that Services provided within Federal Enclaves are not within the scope of this Agreement. To the extent Sprint has contracts with federal entities that limit or prohibit the ability of CLEC to provide resale or UNEs such contract will govern Telecommunications Services on such Federal Enclave. If the contract with the federal entity provides for the resale or provision of UNEs to provide service on the Federal Enclave, Sprint will provide CLEC with the information regarding the provision of service on the Federal Enclave.

  • Jurisdiction, Venue and Service of Process Any Proceeding arising out of or relating to this procurement process or any contract resulting from or any contemplated transaction shall be brought to a court of competent jurisdiction in Bexar County, Texas and each of the parties irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of said court in any such proceeding, waives any objection it may now or hereafter have to venue or to convenience of forum, agrees that all claims in respect of the Proceeding shall be heard and determined only in any such court, and agrees not to bring any proceeding arising out of or relating to this procurement process or any contract resulting from or any contemplated transaction in any other court. The parties agree that either or both of them may file a copy of this paragraph with any court as written evidence of the knowing, voluntary, and freely bargained agreement between the parties irrevocably to waive any objections to venue or to convenience of forum. Process in any proceeding referred to in the first sentence of this Section may be served on any party anywhere in the world.

  • Legal Jurisdiction The agreement shall be deemed to have been concluded in Jodhpur, Rajasthan and all obligations hereunder shall be deemed to be located at Jodhpur, Rajasthan and Court within Jodhpur, Rajasthan will have Jurisdiction to the exclusion of other courts.

  • District The public agency or the school district for which the Work is performed. The governing board of the District or its designees will act for the District in all matters pertaining to the Contract. The District may, at any time: 1.1.23.1 Direct Developer to communicate with or provide notice to the Construction Manager or the Architect on matters for which the Contract Documents indicate Developer will communicate with or provide notice to the District; and/or 1.1.23.2 Direct the Construction Manager or the Architect to communicate with or direct Developer on matters for which the Contract Documents indicate the District will communicate with or direct Developer.
