Recording. Tenant shall not record or file this Lease without the prior written consent of LandlordLease. TenantHowever, upon the request of Landlord, both parties shall execute and acknowledge a memorandum or “short form” memorandum of this Lease for recording the purposes of recordation in a form customarily used for such purposes.
