RECORDINGS FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES. ‌ This Article covers the recording and commercial usage of recordings made of a production, or other performance based activity as articulated in the Preamble of this Agreement, in whole or part through the use of any and all devices now in existence and yet to be developed. Recordings under this Article will require contractual arrangements to be put in place with ACTRA, and unless otherwise provided for herein, ACTRA rules shall apply.
