Recordkeeping Financial Records. 6.1 The Organisation will keep full and accurate Records so that: (a) all financial transactions, including receipts and payments, from the Funding are clearly and separately identifiable; (b) if required by Law or the Department, financial statements under the Australian Accounting Standards can be prepared; (c) if required by Law or the Department, the Organisation's accounts and Records can be audited in accordance with Australian Auditing Standards; and (d) all of the Organisation's taxation liabilities and payments can be clearly identified.
