Recordkeeping Requirements. Merchant shall keep all records of verifiable consumer authorizations for a period of two (2) years from the date an authorization is terminated or revoked. Merchant agrees to provide copies of such documents or records to BASE COMMERCE immediately upon written request from BASE COMMERCE.
