Common use of Recordkeeping Requirements Clause in Contracts

Recordkeeping Requirements. The Contractor shall keep at its offices in Mexico all accounting books, supporting documents and other records relating to the Petroleum Activities as established by the Accounting Procedures. All such records shall be available in physical and electronic formats for inspection, review and audit by any Person designated by the Ministry of Finance or any other competent Governmental Authority. Records showing transactions in the Operating Account shall be kept starting from the Effective Date and until five (5) Years after termination of this Contract.
