Public Access to Official Documents. When EASA receives a request for the release of information that has been submitted by a design approval holder in the U.S. and covered by these Implementation Procedures, EASA shall advise the FAA of any information received from the FAA and submitted to the EASA that might be released. EASA may also request the FAA’s assistance in determining whether the person submitting the information would object to release and which portions of the information received from that person or generated by the FAA might be withheld under the secrecy exceptions, if any. EASA shall apply the relevant EU regulations/directives in making its determination whether or not to release information.

Public Access to Official Documents. The provisions of this Agreement shall be without prejudice to the application of the relevant legislation of the Parties regarding public access to official documents.
Public Access to Official Documents. The LFV often receives requests from the public, under the principle of public access to information held by Swedish authorities, to release information that the LFV may have in its possession. This principle is established in one of Sweden’s constitutional laws - the Freedom of the Press Act – and any information that the LFV has in its possession must be disclosed with regard to the principle unless it falls within certain exceptions, including trade secrets, or financial or commercial data that would be considered confidential under the Secrecy Act and Secrecy Ordinance. When the LFV receives such a request for the release of information that has been submitted by a design approval holder in the U.S. and covered by these Implementation Procedures, the LFV will advise the FAA of any information received from the FAA and submitted to the LFV that might be released.   • Public Access Grantor acknowledges and agrees that the general public shall have the regular and substantial opportunity to view the Façade from the streets, sidewalks and other property near the Buildings. Grantor shall have no obligation under this Agreement to allow the general public to view the interior of the Buildings.

  • Public Access to Meetings and Records If the Contractor receives a cumulative total per year of at least $250,000 in City funds or City-administered funds and is a non-profit organization as defined in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, Contractor shall comply with and be bound by all the applicable provisions of that Chapter. By executing this Agreement, the Contractor agrees to open its meetings and records to the public in the manner set forth in §§12L.4 and 12L.5 of the Administrative Code. Contractor further agrees to make-good faith efforts to promote community membership on its Board of Directors in the manner set xxxxx xx §00X.0 of the Administrative Code. The Contractor acknowledges that its material failure to comply with any of the provisions of this paragraph shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement. The Contractor further acknowledges that such material breach of the Agreement shall be grounds for the City to terminate and/or not renew the Agreement, partially or in its entirety.

  • Public Access to Nonprofit Records and Meetings If Contractor receives a cumulative total per year of at least $250,000 in City funds or City-administered funds and is a non-profit organization as defined in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, Contractor must comply with the City’s Public Access to Nonprofit Records and Meetings requirements, as set forth in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, including the remedies provided therein.
