Common use of Recordkeeping Requirements Clause in Contracts

Recordkeeping Requirements. The Contractor and the COR shall both maintain a complete and accurate pest management file. The file shall contain as a minimum, the following items: - A copy of the PCP for each property, including all of the attachments (i.e., labels, Material Safety Data Sheets, and local license). - The Government's copies of all task orders issued under this contract, and all inspection reports completed by the COR (OF-127). The Government will supply these forms to advise the Contractor of service requests and to document the performance of all work. - Contractor's Service Report forms, documenting arrival and departure time of the Contractor's representative performing the service, and all information on pesticide application required by statute. These report forms may incorporate all of the pest surveillance data. - Documentation of any complaints from Post personnel or unusual incidents which may have taken place during the visit to the site or pesticide application.
