Common use of Records and Files Clause in Contracts

Records and Files. All books, records, files or other embodiments of information, including all diagrams, prints, surveys, drawings, maintenance schedules and other records, data and materials of the Company, including all such information relating to the Purchased Assets, the Assumed Liabilities and the Business (including its past and current operations).
