Records and Files. All records, files, invoices, supplier lists, blueprints, specifications, designs, drawings, accounting records, business records, operating data and other data of the Seller. Buyer shall retain such materials for a period of six (6) years and shall provide Seller and its representatives reasonable access to such materials for all legitimate purposes relating to the winding up of Seller’s affairs.
