Common use of Records and Files Clause in Contracts

All books, records, files or other embodiments of information, including all diagrams, prints, surveys, drawings, maintenance schedules and other records, data and materials, whether relating to past or current operations and which do not relate exclusively to Excluded Assets or Excluded Liabilities.
