Records Maintenance and Access Audit. Grantee shall document, maintain and submit records to OPRD for all Project expenses in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, and in sufficient detail to permit OPRD to verify how Grant Funds were expended. Grantee shall ensure that each of its subgrantees and subcontractors complies with these requirements.
