Records Not Public Sample Clauses

Records Not Public. Records and statements required to be made, kept or filed under the provisions of this Section 7.10 shall not be public records as defined in M.G.L. c. 4, s. 7 and shall not be open to public inspection; provided, however, that such records and statements shall be made available pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.10.1 (Records Open to Inspection) above.
