Insurance Company Rating. The required insurance must be written by a company approved to do business in the State or Texas with a financial standing of at least an A- rating, as reflected in Best’s insurance ratings or by a similar rating system recognized within the insurance industry at the time the policy is issued.
Insurance Company Rating. All policies shall be issued by companies lawfully authorized to write that type of insurance under the Laws of the Commonwealth with a financial strength rating of “A- ” or better as assigned by A.M. Best Company, or an equivalent rating assigned by a similar rating agency acceptable to Awarding Authority, or otherwise acceptable to Awarding Authority.
Insurance Company Rating. All insurance shall be issued by a company or companies admitted to do business in California and listed in the current “Best’s Key Rating Guide” publication with a minimum rating of A-; VII. Any exception to these requirements must be approved in writing by the County Risk Manager, which may be granted or withheld at the County Risk Manager’s sole discretion.
Insurance Company Rating. Contractor shall maintain in effect all insurance coverage required under this Exhibit at Contractor’s sole expense and with insurance companies that have an A.M> Best rating of A-VII or better. If contractor fails to procure and maintain the insurance coverage set forth herein, Owner may, shall not be obligated to, obtain such insurance and charge all costs for such insurance to Contractor.
Insurance Company Rating. Each insurance policy that is required under this Section 8 shall be obtained from an insurance carrier with an A.M. Best rating of at least A-VII.
Insurance Company Rating. Tenant shall maintain all insurance required under this Lease with companies having a “General Policy Rating” of A- as set forth in the most current issue of the Best Key Rating Guide. Landlord and Tenant, on behalf of themselves and their insurers, each hereby waive any and all rights of recovery against the other, or against the officers, partners, employees, agents, or representatives of the other, for loss of or damage to its property or the property of others under its control, if such loss or damage shall be covered by any insurance policy in force (whether or not described in this Lease) at the time of such loss or damage. All property insurance carried by either party shall contain a waiver of subrogation against the other party to the extent such right shall have been waived by the insured party prior to the occurrence of loss or injury.
Insurance Company Rating. The insurance hereunder shall be AM BEST rating of no less than A:VIII, unless otherwise acceptable to the City of Xxxxxx.
