Records of Architect. Engineer costs, reimbursable services pertaining to the Project, and payments shall be available to Owner or its authorized representative during business hours and shall be retained for three years after final payment or abandonment of the Project, unless Owner otherwise instructs Architect/Engineer in writing.
Records of Architect. Engineer’s Direct Personnel, Consultant and Reimbursable Expenses pertaining to the Project, and records of accounts between The School Board of Clay County, Florida and the Contractors, shall be available to The School Board of Clay County, Florida or its authorized representative at mutually convenient times.
