Records of procurement history. (2 CFR 200.318) The non-Federal entity must maintain records sufficient to detail the history of procurement. These records will include, but are not limited to the following: rationale for the method of procurement, selection of contract type, contractor selection or rejection, and the basis for the contract price. Additional records required for each procurement type are outlined under the procurement type in Section 9- Methods of Procurement. Please note that all subrecipients are required to keep these records and make them available for review to Xxxxx County or Federal staff upon request.
