Common use of Records of Service Interruptions and Outages Clause in Contracts

Records of Service Interruptions and Outages. A Cable Operator shall maintain records of all outages and reported service interruptions. Such records shall indicate the type of cable service interrupted, including the reasons for the interruptions. A log of all service interruptions shall be maintained and provided to the Franchising Authority quarterly, upon written request, within fifteen (15) days after the end of each quarter. Such records shall be submitted to the Franchising Authority with the records identified in Section 3.c.ii above if so requested in writing, and shall be retained by the Cable Operator for a period of three (3) years.
