Common use of Records of the Architect Clause in Contracts

Records of the Architect. Engineer's Consultants and Reimbursable Expense pertaining to this Project shall be kept on a generally recognized accounting basis and shall be available to the Owner or the Owner's authorized representative at mutually convenient times. Additionally, all records maintained by the Architect/Engineer in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to, and be available for, review, inspection or audit by Owner or other personnel authorized by Owner at all reasonable times during normal business hours.
