The Contractor shall develop and maintain records on participants that are in accordance with Section 2.10 entitled “Service Requirements-General”. 2.9.2. The Contractor shall establish procedures in order to comply with Section 2.10 entitled “Service Requirements-General”, which ensures the accuracy and authenticity of the number of eligible participant meals, served each day. Such procedures shall be kept on file at the Contractor's site. 2.9.3. The Contractor’s records and reports shall be made available for audit, assessment, or inspection by authorized representatives of the County. 2.9.4. The Contractor shall ensure that information about, or obtained from a participant's records, shall be maintained in a confidential manner according to Section 2.10 entitled “Service Requirements-General”.
