COVID-19 Requirements. The Contractor must adhere to social distancing and other guidance provided by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19 (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/diseases/coronavirus/index.html). Face coverings are required as set forth in Executive Order 20-81 (xxxxx://xx.xxx/governor/news/executiveorders.jsp). Attendees are responsible to bring their own face coverings. These requirements may change; the Contractor is responsible for meeting the requirements in effect at the time of the Event.
COVID-19 Requirements. Vendor and its employees and assistants agree to comply with local and state health directives, as well as city ordinances related to the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, the Vendor will comply with University’s policies regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, which will be provided to the Vendor prior to the Market Event.

e) Hirers must provide hand sanitizer upon entry for all attendees.
f) Hirer should implement COVID safe food handling practices if serving food (ie, gloves and face masks).

While Oregon is under a declaration of emergency associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, Consultant shall comply with all applicable requirements and guidance issued by federal, state and local authorities pertaining to COVID-19 (including but not limited to CDC, OHSA, Governor Xxxxx, Oregon Health Authority, and Multnomah County Health Department). The applicable guidance and requirements include, but are not limited to, those pertaining to Oregon phased reopening and sector activities, reduction in gathering sizes appropriate to the type of location and activity, complying and implementing health protocols, maintaining social distancing, and wearing face coverings. Consultant shall have a satisfactory safety plan and protocols addressing COVID-19 precautions related to Consultant’s activities under this Contract. Consultant shall monitor for updated guidance and requirements and update its plan and protocols accordingly. Consultant shall provide a copy of Consultant’s safety plan and protocols to City upon City’s request. Consultant is solely responsible for implementing a COVID safety plan and protocols and addressing any COVID-19 related claims pertaining to its activities and provision of Services under this Contract. During your accommodation in Residence, you must comply with all University requirements related to COVID-19, including but not limited to, completing health and safety training, following public health screening protocols, cooperating with contact tracing obligations, and abiding by self-isolation protocols. In addition, in order to be eligible for admission to Residence, you must also complete the University’s COVID-19 informed consent which ensures that you understand the risks associated with living in Residence during the pandemic and confirms your agreement to complying with all applicable health and safety and notice requirements. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in restrictions or conditions imposed on your residence accommodation or termination of this Agreement in accordance with section 7.2

SAMPLE Beginning January 3, 2022, the City of Portland will require proof of COVID-19 vaccination for anybody performing in-person work for at least 15 minutes at the City’s indoor facilities.
