Common use of Records Request Clause in Contracts

Records Request. If any person applies for employment or for a volunteer position with Lessee, or any sublessee or subcontractor, in which such applicant would have supervisory or disciplinary power over a minor or any person under such applicant's care, then Lessee, and any sublessee or subcontractors providing services at the Premises, shall request from the California Department of Justice records of all convictions or any arrest pending adjudication of such applicant involving the offenses listed in Welfare and Institution Code Section 15660(a), in accordance with the procedures established in California Penal Code Section 11105.3.
