Common use of Records; Visits Clause in Contracts

Records; Visits. (a) The books and records pertaining to the Trust and the Trust’s Funds which are in the possession or under the control of BNY Mellon shall be the property of the Trust. The Trust and Authorized Persons shall have access to such books and records at all times during BNY Mellon’s normal business hours. Upon the reasonable request of the Trust, copies of any such books and records shall be provided by BNY Mellon to the Trust or to an Authorized Person, at the Trust’s expense. (b) BNY Mellon shall keep all books and records with respect to each Fund’s books of account, records of each Fund’s securities transactions and all other books and records as required pursuant to Rule 31 a-1 of the 1940 Act in connection with the services provided hereunder.

The Trust and Authorized Persons shall have access to such books and records at all times during BNY Mellon’s normal business hours. (b) BNY Mellon shall keep all books and records with respect to each Fund’s books of account, records of each Fund’s securities transactions and all other books and records as required pursuant to Rule 31 a-1 31a-1 of the 1940 Act in connection with the services provided hereunder.

The Administrator, the Trust and Authorized Persons shall have access to such books and records at all times during BNY Mellon’s normal business hours. Upon the reasonable request of the TrustAdministrator, copies of any such books and records shall be provided by BNY Mellon to the Trust or to an Authorized Person, at the TrustAdministrator’s expense. (b) BNY Mellon shall keep all books and records with respect to each FundPortfolio’s books of account, records of each FundPortfolio’s securities transactions and all other books and records as BNY Mellon is required to maintain pursuant to Rule 31 a-1 31a1 of the 1940 Act in connection with the services provided hereunder.

The Trust Fund and Authorized Persons and their respective accountants, attorneys and other agents shall have access to such books and records at all times during BNY Mellon’s normal business hours. Upon the reasonable request of the TrustFund, copies of any such books and records shall be provided by BNY Mellon to the Trust Fund or to an Authorized Person, at the TrustFund’s expense. (b) BNY Mellon shall keep all books and records with respect to each Fund’s Series’ books of account, records of each Fund’s Series’ securities transactions and all other books and records as BNY Mellon is required to maintain pursuant to Rule 31 a-1 31a-l of the 1940 Act in connection with the services provided hereunder.

(a) The books and records pertaining to the Trust Company and the Trust’s Funds which are in the possession or under the control of BNY Mellon shall be the property of the TrustCompany. The Trust Company and Authorized Persons shall have access to such books and records at all times during BNY Mellon’s normal business hours. Upon the reasonable request of the TrustCompany, copies of any such books and records shall be provided by BNY Mellon to the Trust Company or to an Authorized Person, at the TrustCompany’s expense. (b) BNY Mellon shall keep all books and records with respect to each Fund’s books of account, records of each Fund’s securities transactions and all other books and records as BNY Mellon is required to maintain pursuant to Rule 31 a-1 31a-1 of the 1940 Act in connection with the services provided hereunder.
