Recoupment from Participant. If the Participant is not a SRS Covered Participant, then CMS will recoup any monies owed by the Participant to CMS under this Agreement from Medicare payments otherwise due and owing to the Participant and, in accordance with Articles 7.6(b)(2) and (3), to the Participant’s Downstream Episode Initiators that triggered the Clinical Episode(s) that, in the aggregate, resulted in funds being owed to CMS, if any.

  • Deductions from Sick Leave A deduction shall be made from accumulated sick leave of all normal working days (exclusive of holidays) absent for sick leave.

  • Deferred Retirement a. An employee who, upon separation from County service, is eligible for paid retirement and elects deferred retirement must defer participation in the Grant until such time as he or she becomes an active retiree.

  • Determination of Service for Sick Leave with Pay Actual time worked and all leave with pay, except for educational leave, shall be included in determining the pro rata accrual of sick leave credits each month, provided that the employee works thirty-two (32) hours or more in that month.

  • Deferred Salary Leave Plan 1. The Board shall administer a Deferred Salary Leave Plan as determined by a separate agreement.

  • Employer Compensation Upon Separation An Employee, upon her separation from employment, shall compensate the Employer for vacation which was taken but to which she was not entitled.
