Common use of Recoupment of Payments Clause in Contracts

Recoupment of Payments. In the event Addendum 1 is terminated for any reason, OHCA may recoup any monies owed from Provider to OHCA under this Addendum 1 from Provider’s other SoonerCare reimbursements.
