Duration of Service. 1 The 1-year warranty provides covers for a period 365 days from the date the product was purchased new from Midwich. 2 The 2-year warranty provides cover for a period of 2 years from the date the product was purchased new from Midwich. 3 The 3-year warranty provides cover for a period of 3 years from the date the product was purchased new from Midwich. 5 The 5-year warranty provides cover for a period of 5 years from the date the product was purchased new from Midwich. Extended warranty services are only available within UK Mainland. The product must be situated within mainland UK. Warranty services are not available in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, or any islands not having a direct road connection to them including the Isle of Wight. Product repairs under this service are obtained by contacting Midwich via the Mi Support helpdesk. The service is an extension to the standard warranty service provided with the product. The service to be provided will depend upon the product you have purchased. We will advise you which of the following services is to be provided: Replacement We will arrange for a replacement product to be dispatched to your specified address next working day and for the faulty product to be collected. Replacement products will be equivalent to the product being replaced. Collect, Repair, Return We will arrange to collect the faulty product from your specified address within 7 working days. On-site If you require onsite technical support we will arrange - for an additional fee - for an engineer to visit your specified address. Details and pricing are available upon request.
Duration of Service. Transportation services are designed to be short-term and utilized when transportation is not available through any other means. Providers shall follow the guidelines outlined in the rate schedule developed by the Department and authorized in writing by Advanced Behavioral Health only.
Duration of Service. 2.1 Subject to termination as provided for in section 7, this Agreement shall be for an initial term of 23 months commencing on the Effective Date. Provided that this Agreement has not been terminated by either party pursuant to section 7, the Company may renew this Agreement for further one year terms by providing to the Consultant written notice of same at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the current term or the renewal term, as the case may be.
Duration of Service. 17.6.2.1 Although it is preferable for faculty members to serve on the Tenure Review Committee for the duration of the probationary period, faculty members are expected to serve for a minimum of two (2) academic years.
17.6.2.2 If a faculty member of the Tenure Review Committee resigns from the Committee, a new member shall be selected in accordance with the provisions of section 17.6.
1. The selection of the replacement committee member shall be completed prior to the initial conference of the next evaluation as provided in section 17.7.1.
17.6.2.3 If a faculty member of the Tenure Review Committee is on a leave of absence during a semester or trimester and is unavailable when an evaluation is to be conducted, the evaluation process for that semester or trimester will be conducted by the remaining members of the Committee.
Duration of Service. 2.1 The effective date of the Contract is the date on which the Agreement was signed, unless otherwise specified in the Contract. The Maintenance Service Agreement for Application Programs has a duration of one year from 1st January until 31st December. Should the Contract begin in a month other than January, the fee for the first year will be calculated in twelfths with effect from the month indicated in the Contract and up to the 31st December of the same year. Once adjusted to the calendar year, the Contract is automatically renewed from year to year, unless terminated by either Party by Certified Mail or by Registered Letter with acknowledgement or receipt at least 90 days before the deadline.
2.2 At the beginning of each calendar year, the fee established in the Contract may automatically undergo an increase based on the ISTAT FOI cost of living index and the amount will be rounded up to the next integer.
2.3 In any case, and irrespective of the ISTAT FOI increase, the Manufacturer/Retailer has the right to inform the Customer of any change in the Maintenance fee upon written notice of at least 60 days, with effect from the new calendar year. In such a case, the Customer is entitled to withdraw from the Contract at any time, upon written notice of at least 30 days.
2.4 Regardless of the reasons, the Manufacturer/Retailer is entitled to withdraw from the Contract at any time, upon written notice of at least 90 days prior to the effective date of withdrawal.

Duration of Service. The seafarer signs on for a period of 6 months or for a shorter or longer period if agreed in the employment contract. His employment shall be automatically terminated upon the terms of this Agreement at the first arrival of the ship in port after expiration of that period, specified in his employment contract unless the Company operate a permanent employment system. The cost of repatriation shall be on the Company's account. For newly recruited seafarers the first 3 months of service with the Company is considered a probationary period during which the Company or the seafarer may terminate the contract by giving 14 days written notice. Termination of contract by the Company in the probation period, will not be entitled the seafarer to termination pay, see article 5, but to free repatriation. Travelling expenses on the Company's account shall not include the Seafarer's baggage in excess of normal allowed weight by the air carrier. Excess baggage shall be at the seafarer's expense.
Duration of Service. The seafarer signs on for a period of 6 months or for a shorter or longer period (max 10 – ten – months) if agreed in the employment contract. The first period of service, maximum 3 months, are to be considered a probationary period which gives the Company or its representative i.e. the Master of the vessel and the seafarer a mutual right to terminate the contract by giving 14 day of written notice. If the notice is given by the seafarer, the seafarer will pay the repatriation costs himself. If the notice is given by the Company, the repatriation cost shall be to the Company’s account. For seafarers who are no longer within a probationary period, the Company may terminate the contract by valid reasons, ref. Article 5 below.
