Common use of Recoupment Payment Clause in Contracts

Recoupment Payment. “Recoupment Payment” shall mean the repayment from the Tribe’s share of Net Revenues of either (a) any advance made by the Manager to the Tribe of the Minimum Guaranteed Monthly Payment as contemplated in Section 6.3 and (b) any portion of the Management Fee which is not paid to the Manager as provided in Section 6.6.
