Recovered Materials. If this Agreement is funded by the federal government, any goods (or services where applicable) delivered by Supplier must comply with the guidelines of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) at 40 CFR part 247 and must contain the highest percentage of recovered materials practicable.
