Subcontracts and Procurement. SUB-RECIPIENT shall comply with the federal and SUB- RECIPIENT standards in the award of any subcontracts. For purposes of this Agreement, subcontracts shall include but not be limited to purchase agreements, rental or lease agreements, third party agreements, consultant service contracts and construction subcontracts. SUB-RECIPIENT shall ensure that the terms of this Agreement with the CITY are incorporated into all Subcontractor Agreements. The SUB-RECIPIENT shall submit all Subcontractor Agreements to the CITY for review prior to the release of any funds to the subcontractor. The SUB-RECIPIENT shall withhold funds to any subcontractor agency that fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and their respective Subcontractor Agreement.

  • Subcontracts and Staff 4.1 The Contractor is fully responsible for satisfactory completion of all work on this Contract. The Contractor shall ensure and provide assurances to the Department or Customer upon request, that any subcontractor(s) or Staff provided under this Contract has the necessary qualifications and abilities to perform in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract. The Contractor must provide the Customer with the names of Staff considered for work on a purchase order issued under this Contract. The Customer shall retain the right to reject any Staff whose qualifications or performance, in the Customer’s exclusive judgment, is insufficient.

A Contractor covered by Minnesota Statute § 363A.36 because it employed more than 40 full-time employees in another state and does not have a certificate of compliance, must certify that it is in compliance with federal affirmative action requirements.

  • Contracts and Subgrants Grantee may not, without Agency’s prior written consent, enter into any contracts or subgrants for any of the Project activities required of Grantee under this Grant.   • Critical Infrastructure Subcontracts For purposes of this Paragraph, the designated countries are China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and any countries lawfully designated by the Governor as a threat to critical infrastructure. Pursuant to Section 113.002 of the Business and Commerce Code, Contractor shall not enter into a subcontract that will provide direct or remote access to or control of critical infrastructure, as defined by Section 113.001 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, in this state, other than access specifically allowed for product warranty and support purposes to any subcontractor unless (i) neither the subcontractor nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of the subcontractor or its parent company, is majority owned or controlled by citizens or governmental entities of a designated country; and (ii) neither the subcontractor nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of the subcontractor or its parent company, is headquartered in a designated country. Contractor will notify the System Agency before entering into any subcontract that will provide direct or remote access to or control of critical infrastructure, as defined by Section 113.001 of the Texas Business & Commerce Code, in this state.

  • Subcontracts The contractor or subcontractor shall insert in any subcontracts the clauses set forth in paragraph (1.) through (4.) of this section and also a clause requiring the subcontractors to include these clauses in any lower tier subcontracts. Copies of all such contracts so entered into by Seller shall be promptly provided by Seller to Purchaser.
