Recovery of Costs for Errors and Repair Deficiencies. MPI reserves the right to recover administrative costs from Accredited Shops for administrative billing errors, errors in application of Policies & Procedures, and for correcting repair deficiencies discovered through inspections and customer referrals, all in accordance with the procedures set out in the Accreditation Agreement. In particular, for repair deficiencies, MPI reserves the right to charge Accredited Shops: • $1000 per repair deficiency identified via a repair accuracy inspection;
