Common use of Recovery of Liquid Hydrocarbons Clause in Contracts

Recovery of Liquid Hydrocarbons. Lessee agrees that before any gas produced from the Leased Premises is used or sold off the Leased Premises, it will be run, free of cost to Lessor, through an adequate oil and gas separator of a conventional type or equipment at least as efficient, to the end that all liquid hydrocarbons recoverable from the gas by such means will be recovered on the lease and Lessor properly compensated therefor.
