Common use of Recovery of Rent Clause in Contracts

Recovery of Rent. Landlord shall be entitled to keep this Lease in full force and effect (whether or not Tenant shall have abandoned the Premises) and to enforce all of its rights and remedies under this Lease, including the right to recover rent and other sums as they become due, plus interest at the Permitted Rate (as defined in Paragraph 33 below) from the due date of each installment of rent or other sum until paid.

Recovery of Rent. Landlord shall be entitled to keep this Lease in full force and effect (whether or not Tenant shall have abandoned the Premises) and to enforce all of its rights and remedies under this Lease, including the right to recover rent and other sums as they become due, plus interest at the Permitted Rate rate of ten percent (as defined in Paragraph 33 below10%) per annum from the due date of each installment of rent or other sum until paid.

Recovery of Rent. Landlord shall be entitled entitled, at Landlord’s election, to keep this Lease in full force and effect (whether or not Tenant shall have abandoned the Premises) and to enforce all of its rights and remedies under this the Lease, including the right to recover rent Rent and other sums as they become due, due plus interest at the Permitted Rate (as defined in Paragraph 33 below) rate of 10% per year or the highest percent then permitted by law, whichever is greater, from the due date of each installment of rent Rent or other sum until paid.
