Recovery Services. Clients may access recovery services after completing their course of 28 treatment to prevent relapse. Recovery services may be provided face-to-face, by telephone, or by 29 telehealth with the Client and may be provided anywhere in the community. Recovery services shall be 30 made available to DMC-ODS beneficiaries when a Medical Director or LPHA has determined that 31 recovery services are medically necessary in accordance with their individualized treatment plan.
