Common use of Recovery Services Clause in Contracts

Recovery Services. Clients may access recovery services after completing their course of 28 treatment to prevent relapse. Recovery services may be provided face-to-face, by telephone, or by 29 telehealth with the Client and may be provided anywhere in the community. Recovery services shall be 30 made available to DMC-ODS beneficiaries when a Medical Director or LPHA has determined that 31 recovery services are medically necessary in accordance with their individualized treatment plan. The 32 components of Recovery Services are: 33 a. Outpatient counseling services in the form of individual or group counseling to stabilize 34 the Client and then reassess if the Client needs further care;
