Common use of Recovery Services Clause in Contracts

Recovery Services. Clients may access recovery services after completing their course of 8 treatment to prevent relapse. Recovery Services are not offered for clients in the Withdrawal 9 management level of care. Recovery services may be provided face-to-face, by telephone, or by 10 telehealth with the Client and may be provided anywhere in the community. Recovery services shall be 11 made available to DMC-ODS beneficiaries when a Medical Director or LPHA has determined that 12 recovery services are medically necessary in accordance with their individualized treatment plan. The 13 components of Recovery Services are: 14 a. Outpatient counseling services in the form of individual or group counseling to stabilize 15 the Client and then reassess if the Client needs further care;
