Recreation Leave Loading. Recreation Leave Loading. 5.1 ForestrySA will pay employees, during a period of recreation leave or pro rata recreation leave, a loading based upon the employee’s ordinary rate of pay at the time the employee commences leave. The loading will be paid in accordance with the provisions of the Public Service (Recreation Leave Loading) Award, as amended from time to time. CLAUSE 6.
Recreation Leave Loading. 60.9 Full-time employees shall be paid a recreation leave loading in respect of 140 hours leave entitlement equal to 17.5 per cent of the ordinary pay of the employee with a maximum payment equal to the Australian Statistician’s figure for Average Weekly Earnings of all Males (Australia) as reported in June of the year in which the entitlement to the leave is accumulating. Leave loading shall be paid at the time leave is taken. Employees who are employed on a part-time basis shall receive payment for the annual leave loading on a pro rata basis.
Recreation Leave Loading. 22.1 The parties agree that Clause 14.4 of Appendix 4 will no longer apply. Recreation Leave Loading has been rolled up into salaries with a salary increase of $1,073 to all employees effective from 17 May 2007.
Recreation Leave Loading. An employee shall be entitled, in respect of leave, to a sum equal to 17.5% of the weekly rate per week including appropriate allowances. Recreation leave loading shall be paid every December, subject to a maximum payment to the statistician’s average weekly earning index for the greatest quantum of the year preceding the year in which the leave falls due.
