Common use of Recreation Leave Loading Clause in Contracts

Recreation Leave Loading. Current clause 58 with a minor change in clause 48.2(a): shiftworkers will be an exception to the rule that an employee is required to utilise one week of recreation leave to be entitled to recreation leave loading.
