Recruitment and Enrollment of Trial Participants. 1.4.1 Investigator will enroll subjects as participants in the Trial (“Trial Participants”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Protocol, the Applicable Law and Regulation and this Agreement. Investigator will enroll Trial Participants in strict compliance with the exclusion and inclusion criteria set forth in the Protocol without deviation or exception.
