Recruitment supplement. In special cases, where relevant due to the labour market situation, the head of department or centre may agree special personal supplements with a view to recruitment. Supplements awarded in connection with the recruitment of a new employee are negotiated with the union representative before the employment contract is signed. In connection with the recruitment of academic employees, a recruitment supplement of up to DKK 15,000 may be awarded.

Within the framework of this pay agreement catalogue, a one-off bonus may also be granted in connection with recruitment of up to DKK 20,000.
