Recurring Injuries. For recurring complications relevant to a particular previous lost-time injury following a return to active duty, the City of Pensacola will begin compensation as of the first day of the recurrence provided the employee has reported such on the first day of the recurrence to the City Clinic, and the City Physician or City Clinic has given authorization for leave.
