Redecoration. During the last six (6) months of the Term, if during or prior to that time Tenant has vacated or otherwise abandons the Premises, to decorate, remodel, repair, alter or otherwise prepare the Premises for reoccupancy, without affecting Tenant's obligation to pay rent for the Premises.
