Refuse. 3.17.1 To remove all rubbish from the Property both during and at the end of the Tenancy by placing it in a plastic bin liner in the dustbin or receptacle provided. 3.17.2 To dispose of all refuse through the services of and comply with the regulations made by the local authority.

Refuse. Tenant shall store all Tenant's trash and garbage within the Premises or in other facilities designated By Landlord for such purpose. Tenant shall not place in any trash box or receptacle any material which cannot be disposed of in the ordinary and customary manner of removing and disposing of trash and garbage in the city in which the Building is located without being in violation of any law or ordinance governing such disposal. All trash and garbage removal shall be made in accordance with directions issued from time to time by Landlord, only through such Common Areas provided for such purposes and at such times as Landlord may designate. Tenant shall comply with the requirements of any recycling program adopted by Landlord for the Building.
Refuse. Tenant will place all refuse in the Premises in proper receptacles provided and paid for by Tenant, or in receptacles provided by Landlord for the Building, and will not place any litter or refuse on or in the sidewalks or driveways outside the Building, or the Common Areas, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, ducts or shafts of the Building.
Refuse. The Tenant shall place all refuse in proper receptacles provided by the Tenant at its expense in the Premises or in receptacles (if any) provided by the Landlord for the Building, and shall keep sidewalks and driveways outside the Building, and lobbies, corridors, stairwell, ducts and shafts of the Building free of all refuse.
