REDEFINITION PLAN. A Redefinition Plan prepared by a registered surveyor is to be lodged with the office of NSW Land Registry Services prior to the lodgement of any subsequent DA for the detailed design of the building. The boundaries of the registered Redefinition Plan must be used for the architectural design of the building. To ensure the orderly development of the land, with redefined boundaries consistent and not conflicting with the design of the building, as the building envelopes have no setback to boundaries in some locations. The following conditions have been recommended by NSW State Agencies.

  • Definitions As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • NOW, THEREFORE the parties hereto agree as follows:

  • Notices Any notice, request or other document required or permitted to be given or delivered to the Holder by the Company shall be delivered in accordance with the notice provisions of the Purchase Agreement.
