Common use of Redelivery and Transshipment Cargo Clause in Contracts

Redelivery and Transshipment Cargo. The charge or charges on Cargo received at the Berth Corridor for delivery to a Vessel which, due to conditions unforeseen at the time of receipt, must be redelivered to an Inland Carrier, shall be the same as defined in the Fee Schedule and this Tariff as that applicable to Cargo delivered and loaded to a Vessel at the Berth Corridor. For Cargo which is Transshipped, all charges will be charged in accordance with the rates and charges as defined in the Fee Schedule and this Tariff for Import and Export Cargo.
