Common use of Redelivery of Gas Clause in Contracts

Redelivery of Gas. Each day during the Contract Year, SABINE shall make Gas from Customer’s Inventory available to Customer at the Delivery Point in the quantities nominated by Customer pursuant to this Agreement.
