Redeployment due to redundancy. (a) Where Estia Health requires an Employee to transfer to lower paid duties by reason of redundancy (as an alternative to termination of employment), before the transfer takes effect, the Employee is entitled to the same period of notice as they would have received had notice of termination been issued.
