Staff Replacement. 28.1 The Employer is committed to ensuring efficient flexible rostering of Employees dependent on the service requirements of the residents. 28.2 Replacement of staff is determined on resident requirements. Replacement will occur when the Employee in charge of the shift, in consultation with the supervisor, determines that replacement is required. The final decision in respect to staff replacement is the responsibility of management. 28.3 Where staff replacement is required, as determined above, the Employer shall endeavour to fill the position as soon as practicable. Where required, the position shall be advertised as soon as practicable from the time the Employer determines that replacement is required.

Staff Replacement. (a) The Supplier: (i) [*]; (ii) may remove any other Staff (including any account manager) [*], up to any agreed Staff turnover rates recorded in a Task Order; and (iii) shall manage the replacement of Staff in the event of holiday, sickness, unplanned absence, resignation or dismissal and shall ensure continuity of the Services and a clear handover from each member of staff to another. (b) The Supplier shall provide a replacement for any Staff removed or replaced as above and shall ensure that, prior to assuming their duties in relation to the Services, the replacement Staff have undergone a suitable period of familiarisation with the Services with their predecessor so far as reasonably practicable and is sufficiently trained to enable them to be able to perform the Services properly and efficiently. The Supplier agrees to maintain a consistent skill level among all replacement Staff whether the replacement was instigated by UBS or the Supplier and shall bear all costs and expenses in connection with training replacement Staff. Notwithstanding the above, UBS agrees that, from time to time and subject to reasonable notice, staff may need to attend training programmes to develop their professional skill and knowledge. (c) [*]
Staff Replacement. As a contractor on this contract, RKV will be responsible for personnel continuity and replacement. We understand the proposed replacement personnel must meet minimum qualifications for skills and experience. RKV and its partners have stable workforces and the bench strength necessary to backfill positions with similarly qualified and experienced staff members. RKV also acknowledges unforeseen circumstances such as illness or sudden death do occasionally force the transfer of duties. In these cases, RKV will work diligently to locate staff with a similar set of skills and comparable experience equal to or better than the individual originally proposed. When possible, an existing RKV staff person will be placed in the position. If a backup staff person is unavailable to accept the assignment, RKV will consult with its partners to locate an appropriate staff person, and, if no likely resource can be found among our subcontractors, RKV will recruit for the position. RKV will post the opening through both internal and external sources. As soon as a qualified resource has been located and interviewed, we conduct any necessary background checks before the individual begins.
Staff Replacement. Council is committed to ensuring appropriate resources exist to provide services. By agreement at the Program Level, all leave, including but not limited to Annual Leave and Long Service Leave may, wherever possible and within the resources available, be replaced with temporary staff until the permanent staff member returns to work.
