Within five (5) days after conclusion of the Non-consent Operation, all Parties shall execute and provide the Operator with the appropriate MMS designation of operator forms and designation of oil spill responsibility forms to return operatorship to the Operator, thereby superseding the Parties' designation of the substitute Operator under Article 4.2.3 (Appointment of a Substitute Operator).
