Redeveloper Bona Fide Prospective Purchaser Status. Notwithstanding Paragraph A above, Redeveloper understands, acknowledges and agrees that in order to qualify as a bona fide prospective purchaser for the purposes of CERCLA and other environmental laws, Redeveloper must perform the CERCLA "all appropriate inquiry" before acquiring the Project Site and thereafter comply with the post-acquisition due diligence requirements in 42 USC § 9601(40) including, but not limited to, the following land use restrictions and institutional controls:

  • Eligible Purchasers This Master Contract may be utilized by any of the following types of entities (“Purchaser”):
